eCOACH shifts you from problem-solver to coach. The first four weeks build the theory of coaching through learning and practice. The final four weeks move into workplace practice, including a live session with a certified executive coach.

Practice Weeks 5-8

Weeks 5–8 move from understanding the frameworks and models to using them. You'll apply your coaching skills with your own team. Both formats include AI mentor coach practice sessions, and the cohort format adds Triad coaching practice with a faculty mentor.
eCOACH Refresh
eCOACH graduates can enroll in the eCOACH Refresh, a quarterly webinar series to maintain and build on what you've learned. Ask questions, hone your techniques, and deepen your understanding of the coach approach alongside fellow graduates.
