Courses FAQs
Do eFOCUS courses count toward the Certificate in Applied Leadership?
Yes. You only need to complete one of the electives on this page to meet the eFOCUS requirement for the Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL).
Which course should I choose?
Consider where your focused attention would make the biggest impact: change, belonging, or resilience. Any one counts equally toward the Certificate in Applied Leadership, so choose the course that fits your role right now.
Can I take a course on its own?
Yes. Many leaders take a single course for focused development. Each is fully on-demand, and if you decide to continue, your completion still counts toward the full Certificate in Applied Leadership.
How long does each course take to complete?
Each eFOCUS course has four modules, each about 2 hours. Work through them at your own pace within your access period, with no live sessions or schedule to fit around. Workplace application is built into every module so the learning stays with you.
What's in the eFOCUS Bundle?
Leading Change, Inclusive Leadership, and Resilient Leadership, bundled at a savings versus enrolling separately. Take them at your own pace, and each completion earns its own credential.
Do I earn a credential?
Yes. Each course earns its own digital credential you can share on LinkedIn or include in your professional profile, and any one of the three satisfies the elective requirement for the Certificate in Applied Leadership.
Can my organization purchase eFOCUS courses for a team?
Yes. Organizations roll out eFOCUS courses for people leaders at every level, and shorter versions of each course are available for broader employee groups. Contact us about group pricing and organizational solutions.
