Fully virtual, designed for busy senior leaders: around 3 hours per week during program blocks, lighter between them.

A multi-rater emotional intelligence assessment with a debrief from an ICF-credentialed coach.

    Enrollment in the credential pathway, sequenced across the year: IGNITE, eLEAD, eCOACH, and eFOCUS.
  • Executive coaching
    Monthly or quarterly coaching. 45-minute 1:1 sessions with a certified executive coach, focused on your goals.
  • Coaching intake profile
    Structured pre-work that surfaces your strengths and development priorities to anchor the coaching.
  • Discovery and goal-setting session
    Guided support to develop your personalized 12-month ExecREADY plan.
  • Quarterly reflections
    Guided progress reviews and goal refinement across the year.
TWO COACHING  PACKAGES

Choose your coaching rhythm.

Monthly coaching
Twelve coaching sessions across the year. The deepest support for leaders preparing for the next step. The monthly rhythm keeps the work moving all year.
Quarterly coaching
Four coaching sessions at quarterly milestones. A fit for leaders who want a lighter pathway or have already completed portions of the program.
Both options are open to individuals and organizational cohorts, and both lead to the full certificate.

Completing the certificate opens eligibility for the CLPD designation, jointly awarded with Royal Roads University.
