Certificate in Applied Leadership (CAL)

Four programs, grounded in neuroscience and applied practice, that build the confidence and capability to lead effectively, while opening eligibility for the designation that follows.

Professional Designation

Coaching & Leadership Professional Designation (CLPD)

Jointly awarded with Royal Roads University

The designation recognizes applied leadership and coaching capability. It's open to graduates of the Certificate in Applied Leadership who apply and meet the designation requirements.

Graduate Credential

Graduate Certificate in Management and Leadership

Royal Roads University

CLPD recipients are eligible to apply to Royal Roads University for acceptance into the program. Once accepted, they receive equivalency credit for one of the program's three courses.
